Seven lines is all we need to price it. Anything else you want to add, put it in the last field.

What gets you a faster answer

None of it is compulsory — send what you have and we will ask for the rest.

Say what the material is

  • Product name or CAS number
  • Grade or purity you need
  • Critical parameters — assay, moisture, colour, particle size
  • The application it goes into

Say how much and where

  • Quantity, and whether it repeats
  • Preferred packing — drums, bags, IBC, flexi, ISO tank
  • Destination port or city
  • Target Incoterm: FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP or Ex-Works

Then expect this

Acknowledgement the same working day from a named contact. A written offer within 24 hours wherever the stock position allows, stating specification, packing, lead time and validity.

Made-to-order specialty grades take longer, because we confirm the position with the production source before quoting a price and a date.

What people write to us about

All of it reaches the same desk. Naming it in the first line simply gets your message to the right person sooner.

Live shipments

Status of an order already in motion, document copies, tracking updates, or a question about packing and loading.

06

Manufacturers wanting to supply through us, and distributors looking to represent our basket in their own market.

What happens after you press send

No silence and no guesswork between your first message and the container reaching your gate.

STEP 01

STEP 04

Sample and approval

On specialty grades, pre-shipment samples and the batch COA are shared for your approval before anything is confirmed.

STEP 05

Shipment

Packed to export standard, labelled per GHS, loaded with photographic evidence, then documents and tracking until it lands.

Not sure which category your grade sits in?

Before you write

The questions that come up most at the enquiry stage.

How quickly will I hear back?

Same working day for acknowledgement, and most quotations within 24 hours where the stock position allows. Made-to-order specialty grades take longer because the position is confirmed with the production source before we commit to a price and a date.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

It depends on the product. Specialty intermediates can often start from a single drum or a few hundred kilograms. Commodity solvents, glycols and polymers are typically supplied in full container loads, flexi-tanks or ISO tanks, because smaller quantities rarely make economic sense. Tell us the requirement and we will advise the most economical packing and load type.

Can I get a sample first?

Yes. Pre-shipment samples and a batch certificate of analysis are available on most specialty grades so your QC team can verify the specification before committing to volume.

Which Incoterms and payment terms do you work on?

FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP and Ex-Works on delivery. Letter of credit at sight and telegraphic transfer are standard on payment, with terms negotiable for repeat buyers holding an established order history. Everything is confirmed in writing on the proforma invoice.

What if the product is hazardous or restricted?

Classification, UN packing group identification, GHS labelling and dangerous goods declarations are handled as part of the order process. Destination-country restrictions and permit requirements are confirmed before an order is finalised, not after loading.

Do you supply within Indonesia as well as export?

Yes. We supply the domestic Indonesian market alongside export customers, including tanker and bulk movements for domestic buyers where the product allows.

Can several products travel in one shipment?

Yes, where the products are compatible for co-loading and the destination country permits it. Mention every grade you need in the same enquiry and we will tell you what can be consolidated — it is one of the main reasons buyers move multiple categories onto a single supplier.

What packing options are available?

UN-approved steel and plastic drums, fibre drums for excipients, lined and laminated bags, 25 kg and jumbo bags, IBCs and carboys for packed goods; flexi-tanks, ISO tanks and liner-protected containers for bulk liquids. Packing is matched to the product class and the length of the voyage, not chosen for convenience.

Which documents come with a shipment?

Certificate of analysis, material safety data sheet, technical data sheet, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin as standard. For hazardous goods we add the dangerous goods declaration and GHS-compliant labelling, plus HS classification support. Documents are shared digitally and couriered.

Can you hold a price for a repeat requirement?

Contract and indexed pricing options are available for repeat buyers, which suit volatile commodity streams better than repeated spot quotations. Tell us the expected annual volume in your enquiry and we will propose a structure.

I manufacture chemicals — where do I write?

Use the list your product page instead of this form. It collects capacity, packing and specification details and routes straight to our sourcing team.

Does this form send my details anywhere else?

No. Nothing is uploaded to an outside service. The form assembles your details into an email that opens in your own mail app, addressed to our desk, and you press send yourself.
